IWEA publishes revised Best Practice Guidelines
The Irish Wind Energy Association have launched a revision to the “Best Practice Guidelines for the Irish Wind Energy Industry”. The guidelines are aimed at both policy makers and wind farm developers and operators and seek to position Ireland as a leader in industry best practice.
IWEA is committed to regularly revising and updating its guidelines for developing and operating wind farms. It is intended that these guidelines complement existing government policy and legislation for the sector and underpins IWEA’s goal of ensuring Ireland is at the forefront of responsible and sensitive wind energy development within the EU.
